 I was born in Groton, Connecticut while my father was stationed at the US Naval Base. When I was two years old my parents, Ron and Judy, moved my brother, Ronny, and I to Stuart, Florida. While attending South Fork High School I was actively involved in Junior ROTC and completed a few classes at Indian River Community College (IRCC) through dual enrollment. After graduating high school I decided to join the United States Army. Too soon after Julie and I met, I had to leave for basic training, held in Ft. Knox, Kentucky, on May 14, 1999 (my first official day as a soldier).
 After four years and eight months in active duty and a deployment to Iraq I am home with Julie
and our two wonderful children, Colin and Dylan. I am now a
Sheriff's Deputy proudly working for the Hillsborough County Sheriff's
Office.
